A 78-year-old active male with posterior ischemia on stress test. He had known coronary disease with past right coronary stenting. His risk factors were hyperlipidemia, hypertension, previous smoking and family history of heart disease. His physical examination is benign, is on Clopidogrel and Rosuvastatin.
